Our absolute favorite hotel in Santa Fe! Fantastic location on Alameda - close to plaza etc, but even better service! We are repeat customers having stayed multiple times this year. The attached restaurant/ bar is a big bonus, especially for the included breakfast. Truly appreciate that many of the employees have been there for many decades. Well done Sam and company .

This is a nice, unique hotel in a great location with a big parking lot, fantastic breakfast, and great value for the price. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Rooms were very clean. Hotel was quiet and had many accommodations. The restaurant in the hotel was great as well. We booked this hotel based on a friend’s recommendation and were very happy with it!

Attractive and historical hotel. For the price, I felt the room could have been a little better. A microwave would have been handy, and a couple of the lights didn't work. But the service was top notch, and I loved the social hour with free drinks and cookies every afternoon. I liked the bar and its tasty food and drinks.

We could not have been happier with our stay here. We came here for a family trip ahead of a wedding and it was just fabulous. The service staff really went the extra mile. You really feel like you are staying in a personable bnb instead of a hotel. The water gets hot so quickly. We loved biscochito hour, and the breakfast included is sit-down with a robust menu. If you are celebrating anything special, feel free to tell them. They will make your experience top notch! Cannot speak more highly about this hotel.

Spent Valentine's Day weekend there last weekend. Everything was super clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast (huevos) was excellent! It's also as good of a location as you can find in SF in my opinion. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great hotel very near the center of Santa Fe, very walkable. A few amenities not listed on their website: they have an ice machine in the lobby and laundry located somewhere (didn’t use it myself but saw it on signs). Free parking is very useful. It’s a good value- they offer free breakfast which is actually hot and good food, not random slop. They only do housekeeping on request which I prefer because I like being able to hang out at my hotel during the day without being bothered lol. The rooms are very comfortable and include a desk and mini fridge.

Awesome place. Walkable to many local attractions. Daily social hour with complimentary snacks and drinks. Nice restaurant at the hotel. $15 daily credit for charges in the restaurant if you book directly with the hotel. Our room had a Kiva fireplace and the wood fuel was replenished daily. It was winter but we were told that if we wanted to use the pool, it was warm and they would uncover it for us. Really a spectacular experience. I’ll be back!

This is just a lovely boutique hotel in the perfect location in Santa Fe. Park your car when you check in and you can walk the dun streets and enjoy! The rooms are clean and well appointed with local colors and decor. They have rooms with fireplaces they will light for you! The restaurant is great and the service top notch. In the afternoon enjoy sherry and cookies in the cozy lobby. All the staff is friendly and ready to help with whatever you need or desire. The security folks outside will help with your bags or directions with a smile, all hours of the day or night. If you have the misfortune of checking in with one lady at the desk who’s is less than pleasant, not smiling, ready to help or even greet you, push through that as the rest of your stay will be lovely! You will know her as she stands out next to the others at the desk who will speak to you and answer your questions. I would love to think she was just having a bad day, but others have had this same experience, even on the phone. Get another person if you can when checking in or out, but if not, just know each and every other staff member will more than make up for this one bad encounter that might make you question your choice, wondering if The St. Francis might be a better choice. Despite the check in experience, I have stayed in this hotel three times now and will be back. It’s my go to in Santa Fe for all the wonderful things it is and I’m sure will continue to be.
